Ownership of the purchased goods will be transferred from the supplier to the purchaser only after full payment has been received by the supplier.
All payments must be made as per the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Returns and Refunds
No credit will be given on goods unless they are returned in unopened boxes to the merchant’s store within one month from the date of invoice.
Goods that are damaged, installed, or purchased at a discounted special “as is” and/or “with all faults” are not eligible for return or credit.
Original invoice or delivery docket must accompany all goods returned. Boxed items must be returned in unopened boxes.

If the above conditions are complied with, a credit may be issued at the purchase price less 15% for handling charges. No credit will be given on freight or delivery charges.
No credit will be given on returns of adhesive, cement, grout, sealers, etc.

Natural Characteristics: Our materials, including Travertine, Marble, Crystal, Bluestone, Onyx, and Granite, are natural and unique, with inherent variations in color, shade, and pattern. These are not flaws but part of the stone’s natural beauty.
Variation from Samples: Exact matching with samples or displays cannot be guaranteed due to the uniqueness of each stone piece.
Sample Indicative Only: Our samples and marketing materials aim to represent our products accurately, but they should be seen as indicative. The final product may vary.
Customer Approval: We recommend customers view and approve the actual material before purchase, particularly for large projects or specific design needs.
No Liability for Variations: Parto Stone is not liable for any natural discrepancies in stone products compared to samples or previous orders.
Installation
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the products are installed correctly. We recommend professional installation for the best results.
The supplier is not responsible for issues arising from improper installation.
Warranty
Any warranties provided will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Defects or issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not covered under warranty.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Limited Liability: In the event of such unforeseen circumstances, Parto Stone will not be held liable for any delays, failures, or damages caused by these events.
Notification: We will make every reasonable effort to notify customers of any significant disruptions and to resume operations as soon as possible.
